Creating Screenshots
Choosing Device Presets
When you create a new screenshot, you'll select a device preset. These are pre-configured with the correct dimensions for:
- • iOS Devices: iPhone (all current display classes, incl. iPhone Duo), iPad 13-inch, iPad 11-inch
- • Android Devices: Generic Android phone and tablet sizes, Play Store Feature Graphic
The dimensions are automatically set to the exact pixel size needed for each device's app store listing.
Adding Screenshots
In your project, use the dimension selector toolbar to add new screenshots. Each screenshot starts with a blank canvas at the correct device resolution. You can add as many screenshots as you need.
Pro Tip: Create multiple screenshots for different screens in your app—home screen, features, onboarding, etc.
Setting Background Color
Each screenshot has a background color (white by default). Click on the background in the Properties panel to change the color. You can also use a background image if needed.
Ordering Screenshots
Use the arrow buttons on each screenshot to reorder them. The order matters—it's the order they'll export in and the order shown in app stores.
Device Filtering
If you have screenshots for multiple device types (e.g., iPhone and iPad), use the Device Filter dropdown to show only screenshots for a specific device. This helps you focus while editing.
Duplicating Screenshots
Right-click on a screenshot or use the copy button to duplicate it. This is useful for creating variations without starting from scratch.
Deleting Screenshots
Use the delete button (trash icon) to remove screenshots you no longer need. This action cannot be undone, so be careful!
